I had my husband take in my laptop to see why it is not staying on. When the laptop turns on it immediately shuts down. I had took it to one professional that charge over $60 for taking it apart and could not fix it. Being that I need it fix for work purposes it was of time and essence to get it fix. So, my husband tried this place. Drop it off on a Friday, Monday still not sure what the issue is and stated there was not enough time to completely see what is wrong with it, what needs to be fixed, or the cost to fix it. Wasted another $20 and still no working laptop. I can understand needing time to fix something. However, I expected to know within 2 days what the problem is and how to get it fixed. That is only fair than to keep people waiting who's equipment produces their income. If you do not have the time to see what is wrong with the laptop to get it fix, then state that on the initial visit, than waste 2 days of my time and money

We have been very pleased with the service we have received from Nustar Computers. Brian is more than helpful. He is very knowledgeable in his field and is constantly available. They have installed computers, programs, and camera systems in both of our store locations. They go above and beyond with customer service. The technical support they provide is outstanding. We would HIGHLY recommend Nustar Computers.
